My name is Tsuruga Kazuya, and as of May 2025, I have been appointed Representative Director of Isuzu Sangyo Co., Ltd.

For half a century since our founding, we have taken advantage of our small, elite team to tackle the challenges facing manufacturing sites.
Leveraging our strengths of on-site technical capabilities and flexible response, we have built relationships of trust with our business partners and contributed, however small, to the development of industrial society.

As I take on the heavy responsibility of carrying on that legacy and connecting it to the next generation, I feel a sense of humility and a renewed sense of deep gratitude and determination.

Currently, the environment surrounding manufacturing is approaching a major turning point.
The role expected of the manufacturing industry is becoming more sophisticated and diverse, including the transition to a decarbonized society, responding to climate change, and promoting energy conservation.
We will not simply continue on the same path as before, but will further hone our imagination and ability to act in a flexible and appropriate manner to meet the needs of society and the expectations of our customers.
